Director-IT Product Management (Leading MNC IT Captive)

Position: Director-IT Product Management (Leading MNC IT Captive)

Role:

- Own the roadmap and strategy for your product(s), following the full product development life cycle

- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of leaders to define product features and generate / maintain detailed requirements to ensure your product meets evolving client and industry needs.

- Provide product domain expertise on the product strategy, technical implementation, and assume responsibility as the SME on the Product

- Lead a team of Product Managers to develop user stories, requirements and product roadmaps based on research on the market and of end users

- Participates in Agile development ceremonies and decides on prioritising features and enablers and setting priorities

- Owns product vision, business prioritisation and roadmap, develops business cases and requirements for investment as needed

- Review the competitive landscape and analyze client feedback to improve product features and capabilities

- Own UAT as a proxy for the client/ users

- Track product P&L and work with internal users, external customers and usage data to validate the effectiveness and success of the product(s)

Requirements:

- BE/ BTech/ MBA

- 15+ years of experience in a Product Management role with prior experience in a Technology/ Data Science role

- Solid understanding of technical concepts, services and implementations

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders and interface with clients

- Excellent ability to present information in the simplest and most compelling way
