About Our Client:

Our client is a US-based manufacturing industry and a global leader in the purification and separation industry. Being associated with a Fortune 500 organization, our client is on a growth journey and is looking to hire for the position of Director IT PMO and Governance based out of Pune.

Job Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities won't be limited to the following:

- Responsible for understanding & enabling a dynamic global IT team to meet the IT business demands and strategic goals effectively.

- Drive PMO, Governance & overall IT portfolio

- Define and implement standards, processes, and governance within Change Management and related processes

- Coordinate with various vendors and project managers

- Manage and maintain all policy, procedures and ensure that SOX & GCC compliance support audit reports.

- Facilitate contractor/employee preboarding and onboarding

- Work with HR, facilitate VISA and other requirements

- Manage and responsible for the growth of all the employees

The Successful Applicant:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT

- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience along with rich leadership experience

- Strong experience in PMO, Governance, SAP and ERP environments

- Must have handled large teams

- Strong Leadership experience

- Experience in SOX audits, agile, SAP
