- Drive the right outcomes for Group Technology India from strategy to implementation

- Help the Technology stream leads strategize and evolve their India strategy and be the driving force in shaping the future workforce and capability in India

- Lead the execution of group technology foundation principles in India working closely with global stakeholders

- Building an engineering culture that fosters on innovation and which is driven by a shared pride in delivery right outcomes for the Bank

- Enable and influence the Technology teams in India to deliver superior productivity and quality for the Bank

- Energize, challenge and develop our people and culture

- Deliver business management services through effective coordination with local / regional / global stakeholder

Specification:

- Minimum 17+ years of experience of strategy and delivery experience, ideally within a technology organization

- Exposure to crisis management, risk and compliance topics

- Strong project / change management skills
