About the Role:

- This critical, trusted leadership role will be the tactical and strategic executioner of the Engineering Team for a strategic vertical. The Vertical is being incubated at Kisetsu Saison Finance India Pvt Ltd. (Credit Saison India/KSF), an AAA-rated technology-led NBFC that started in 2018.

- The aim is out to digitise lending solutions like never before. We have identified multiple opportunities in KSF lending business and aim to productize these into a Cutting edge financial offering. This will be the first time Credit Saison as a company will be focussing on building out a pure technology platform.

- As the senior most Technology person in the team, you have the opportunity to build a world-class product with a bevy of consulting from seasoned professionals in KSF.

- We will build a tenant-based system where the software ( in micro services) can be deployed onto any virtual cloud. Each of these services can have multiple computing environments. The software itself will need to have to compute capabilities for running a service, databases, queues, static storage, logging, alarms, DNS configs, API gateways, firewalls, access management, billing etc. in it's own Private Cloud (Platform as a Service provider - AWS, Azure and GCP). We need to ensure we have this infrastructure as code.

You will work with the Organisation in the following ways:

- Architect and execute timely solutions with a clear objective of long term benefits

- Lead multiple infrastructure initiatives while building and developing a robust team

- Deliver a truly cloud native solution for the SaaS offering

- Thinking strategically while providing tactical support to implement ideas

- Work with CTO and VP of Engineering for grooming, career progression and retention strategies

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Ensure Infrastructure in is line with the OKRs of the company and drive the team to achieve them

- Building out single and multi tenant software

- Ensure systems you build have the best in class engineering practises including monitoring, logging and robust SLA's

- Work with VP of Engineering to deliver, monitor and communicate progress on Modernization OKRs and metrics aligned with Technology strategy

- Manage multiple internal Infrastructure programs to build a cohesive unit

- Manage budgets across our infra and the tenant infrastructure

- Ideally manage team size of up to 20 engineers across
