Director - IT Governance/Risk & Control

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. He/She would be responsible for development of new offerings in risk and compliance

2. Would help in building new capabilities to support offerings

3. Responsible for delivering to multiple clients across the geography.

4. Implement end to end projects for clients

5. Responsible for revenue generation and bottom line to be delivered.

6. Responsible for setting up control framework delivery locations.

7. Responsible for driving control adherence and testing of the same for all processes in scope and in all delivery locations

8. Responsible for people management of a team of compliance auditors.

Key Areas of Strength

1. Managed delivery of Risk and Compliance

2. Engagement Skills with clients with a flair to develop new business with clients

3. Project Management Skills – Implement end to end projects for clients

Unique Knowledge & Skills:

- Preferably from the Big Four/Tier Two Audit Firms or from organization which has a risk and compliance practice

- Strong Project Management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Excellent knowledge of control and compliance framework.

- Prior experience of managing control and compliance function for a large client.

Qualification - CA First attaempt/ rank holder
