Director - IT - BPO

- Provides direction to project teams handling all aspects of IT project planning, requirements gathering, scheduling and work planning, communications, issue resolution, cost tracking, financial reporting and change management

- Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage their development and delivery including communicating tradeoffs to stakeholders.

- Build Solution from Scratch & maintaining (DB2,.net, Java)

- Instill strong Business / IT Collaboration - Interact with Product Managers / BUs of different departments and meet Business expectations.

- Builds strong relationship with other Business Unit heads and provides innovative products and services to meet their objectives.

- Team handling and developing

- Participates in departmental strategic and budgetary planning processes; prepares and administers work unit operating budget; provides recommendations on policies and goals desired; and implements new/revised programs according to established guidelines.

- Will be required to interact with clients frequently and also travel to US. Hence an existing US Visa would be added advantage.Working hours would be 12-9 pm and at times- 2 am- 11 am.

Technical Skills DB2,.net/Java, Sharepoint and SAP.
