Director - Investments - BFS - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and universities for originating and closing potential transactions

- Supervise due diligence by various service providers

- Create financial models and presentations for the investment committee

- Review and negotiate transaction documents

- Manage post acquisition integration of acquired properties

Qualifications & Experience :

- MBA (premier B School) or CA with min 12 yrs work experience in same field.

- Strong exposure into real-estate investments

- Strong exposure on Financial modelling, due diligence

- Exposure of working with Private Equity firms, Hospitality industry or Real Estate companies

- Personality trade: excellent in written & verbal communication.
