Director - Insurance Risk & Control - Big4

Position of Director Insurance Risk and Control on offer with one of the Big 4 professional services firm for Mumbai location. Candidate will be responsible to ensure end to end delivery and project management in the areas of risk and control for the client base in Insurance domain.

Primary responsibilities includes :

1. Engage customers to gain trusted-advisor status with the CIO and other CXO-level executives of large enterprises in India and offer innovative services

2. Sales / sales support, practice development and engagement delivery

3. Anticipate clients- needs well beyond current engagements, adding value to the clients- long term business.

4. Identify industry issues faced by key accounts and assist in adapting offerings with relevant industry content to meet client needs.

5. Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate.

6. Sales

Would be involved in supporting on-going engagements and attempting to up-sell

Would need to get involved in fresh pursuits

Should have led pursuit teams including conceptualizing propositions and presenting solutions to client

7. Engagement Delivery

Candidate would have to take on leading role for some engagements and provide thought leadership as well as subject expertise to the teams executing engagements

Would also be involved in client management/ client expectation management

Candidate must have strong exposure in the areas of establishing client (process owner/functional heads) and internal relationships, Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures, Risk Mitigating and auditing operations. Candidate with relevant experience of minimum 10 years in risk control, process review, assurance in insurance or FS domain and Proven track record of successful delivery of large engagements in area of expertise, please apply to the post.
