Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary academician to serve as the Campus Director for one of our campuses. Reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor/Pro Vice Chancellor, the Director will be responsible for leading the campus, overseeing all programs, and ensuring compliance. As an academic leader, the Director will play a crucial role in advancing the university's vision, demonstrating a strong blend of academic expertise, administrative skills, and innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Visionary Role:

- Lead the campus with a clear vision aligned with the objectives of the University.

- Drive and implement strategies to achieve academic excellence and organizational goals.

Academic and Administrative Oversight:

- Manage all academic programs delivered at the campus, ensuring high-quality education.

- Handle administrative responsibilities and compliance management.

Strategic Planning:

- Understand emerging trends and opportunities in education.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the continuous improvement of academic offerings.

Technology Integration:

- Demonstrate proficiency in technology, leveraging it to enhance educational and administrative processes.

Institution Building and Motivation:

- Build and foster a positive institutional culture.

- Motivate and lead faculty and academic administration teams to achieve excellence.

Student Affairs and Placement:

- Oversee student affairs to ensure a conducive learning environment.

- Facilitate and enhance placement activities for students.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Hold a Ph.D. from a premier National/International Institute.

- Possess a minimum of 15 years of combined academic and administrative experience in the field.

Industry and Academic Network:

- Develop and maintain strong linkages and networks with industry and academic stakeholders.

Accreditation and Compliance:

- Demonstrate familiarity with various Accreditation Agencies and Statutory bodies.

- Ensure adherence to accreditation procedures and compliance requirements.
