Required Skillset :
- Experience in building, handling, and growing a successful Inside Sales and customer relationship team.
- Strong lead generation skills, ensuring high quality and strategic leads are generated across all channels.
- Can create, define pitches, and create a solid sales journey for our buyer base.
- Can manage different inbound and outbound channels - Whatsapp, Calling, IVR etc.
- Open to creating new campaigns, market research, execution of new campaigns, and generating meaningful insights to scale those.
- End to end buyer relationship management, owns new buyer and repeat buyer funnels.
- Should have managed sales in the B2C segment for domestic Indian market.
Ideal candidate would have :
1. Minimum 7+ Years of managerial experience of handling Inside sales
2. Should have led a team of minimum 60 people
3. Should have managed a monthly business of INR 2 Cr+ month
