- Conceptualization & Consultative skills on Information & Communication Technology Sector.

- Good domain knowledge & understanding of Government functioning.

- Effective networking and Relationship management.

- Ability to take control and manage the event in totality.

- Also ability to interact with members, policy makers, Govt. representatives media & international delegates.

- To generate sufficient revenue to cover the operations of the Information & Communication Technology Department.

- To generate surplus revenue towards strengthening the activities of the Information & Communication Technology Department.

- To organize events and provide a platform for Industry and Government to interact.

- Strengthening International linkages and partnerships between Indian and overseas Information & Communication Technology industry.

- Undertake research and analysis on various issues related to the Industry and Keep up to date with the latest news and information on the -sector.
