Role - - We are looking for an Implementation Director (Dir- IM) who will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Implementation Managers as they Implement company products across customer locations. Dir-IM is expected to understand the business requirements, technical requirement, partner products, services and integrate the same with our platforms, products and features. - You will be involved in building up infrastructure to enable run businesses (of our Enterprise customers) more efficiently. You will work closely with Partners, Professional Services, Analytics and other Engineering groups for defining, designing and delivering solutions. You will own and drive technical projects and provide leadership for a group of engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - - Supervise and lead Implementation Managers. - Direct and coordinate production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance - Writing product requirement documents - Implements and tracks development timelines - Negotiates feature sets with the development leads and product teams - Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Requirements : - Graduate degree/ MBA preferred - Should have at least 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 - 6 years into healthcare. Applicants with consulting background would be preferred - Must have a prior experience of managing &amp; leading large teams - Great work ethic and proven leadership and team-building skills - Excellent written, verbal communication skills - Ability to develop and present complex business reviews/presentations - Strong organizational and relationship building skills - Ability to develop business and nurture relationships within the accounts - Should have strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and problem solving ability with demonstrated hands -on work experience in data analytics
