Director - Impact - Measurement/Learning Evaluation - NGO

A national level NGO is seeking to hire a Director - Measurement, Learning, and Evaluation based at the organizations- headquarter in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The position reports to the Executive Director of the organization and is responsible to independently manage the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) function in the organization and implement the result based M&E framework. The position has a team of nearly 50 members that includes M&E staff in Mumbai and program locations.

The position requires a strong background in quantitative research and experience of interpreting large data sets for actionable strategic and operational recommendations. Candidates with experience in social development programs and experience of managing program evaluation research in a large multi-location program would be preferred.
