Director - Identity & Access Management - Security Engineering - IT

Position: Director- IAM Security Engineering (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- This will be a leadership role to manage the global IAM team based out in India

- Responsible to deliver IAM roadmap for Authentication, Identity and PAM towers

- Help support define and implement the IAM roadmap to protect the Company and its customers

- Lead offshore teams, define KPIs, provide strategic direction and be hands on where required on IAM solution and implementation.

- Partnering with Onsite teams to ensure all operate as ONE team with unified goals

- Take the IAM global team responsibilities to the next level, in alignment with the roadmap

- Create a culture of Can-Do and mentor staff on best practices

- Maintains and fosters key relationships with software vendors and providers, and can hold vendors accountable for response, troubleshooting and solution fixes

- Collaborates with peer managers and IAM Architecture and Build teams to maintain an ongoing IAM strategy and create a production that addresses the needs of the business.

- Maintain a customer centric environment and provide best in class services

Requirements:

- BE (CS/IT) or Relevant Experience (B.E/B.Tech)

- Certifications in cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or other certs strongly preferred

- Overall experience of 17-24 yrs in Cyber Security/ Security Engineering with extensive experience in IAM

- Global Delivery Leadership, Strategy, Execuction, and Management experience

- Strong delivery capability in transformation programs and production support

- Knowledge of technologies - PING suite of products, Passwordless solutions, Sailpoint, CyberArk, Hashicorp, Java, Microservices, DevOps architecture, Automation, Agile delivery

- Ability to handle and deliver compelx transformation IAM programsKnowledge of green field - Implementation, Migration of IAM suite of products end to end

- Focus on Automation first, Engineering mindset - Automate processes where required and maintain concept of continuous improvements

- Experience in one of the Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to build strong relationship with leaders across the organization

- Excellent communication and presentation skillsSelf-starter and a Team Player

- Experience working with geographically distributed teams

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance processes and standards such as GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS

- Understanding and adhere to ITIL to align service focus based on Service Delivery Standards

- Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Agile experience a plus
