Designation: Associate Director/Director IBM Tech Stack

Experience: 15- 25 years

Location: Pune

Role:

- Senior IBM Tech Stack Architect/Solution Designer

Skills:

- Desirable Hands-on Technical Experience:

- Experience with DataStage and the IBM Infosphere Suite is a significant plus

- Experience with IBM UDB strongly preferred

- Experience with a data appliance (e.g., Greenplum, Netezza or Teradata) is a plus

- Experience working in within an SOA framework and Software AG ESB platform

- Experience with COGNOS

Qualifications

- Fifteen+ years of experience with all phases of data management in a large, complex organization, including hands-on technical experience in some areas.

- Bachelors degree or higher

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrated organizational and team leadership skills with a clear ability to form and motivate diverse high performing teams

- Experienced and effective communicator with senior management and business audiences, and able to represent the data management organization in regard to initiatives underway, strategic goals, progress metrics, and key IT concerns

- Proven track record translating business strategies into the actions necessary to build a technology data management practice.

- Ability to collaborate with business leadership and to help influence the direction on certain business strategies based on available enabling technologies and technology best practices

- Large-scale data management project experience, including understanding of skills, methods and technologies for delivery of complex data-centric initiatives

- Experience with key technical areas of data management in large organizations, such as data warehousing, master data management initiatives, reporting and analytics
