Director - Human Resources - University

We are executing a search for a premium University in Bangalore with multiple Programs i.e Applied Sciences, Engineering, Management, Design, Law, Pharmacy etc.

Position - Director HR

Location - Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The HR Head oversees the day-to-day employee related processes and policies and long-term manpower management of the University.

- He will be expected to lead the strategic development across the range of Human Resource areas and be required to ensure that HR policies and procedures are legally compliant.

- The Human Resource Head will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing University policies and practices.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.

- Strong organizational ability in handling wide ranging tasks and detail oriented.

- Ability to analyze & present independently.

- Experience in identifying resources, personnel management in working with Higher Education Institutions, University will be preferred.
