Budget: 45 to 60 lakhs fixed Ideal Profile will be an HR professional who is currently leading the HR function of a Global Technology Product firm with relevant experience in Stakeholder Management &amp; Strategic HR Business Partnering. Must have managed 800 plus employee Strength organization with a Global Portfolio in a Product Tech Firm with good Stability. Candidates must have worked with MNC Tech firm. This role is of HR Business partner by aligning strategic objectives with human resources deliveries to engineering business function. The candidate formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver valuable service to management that reflects the strategic objectives of the organization.&nbsp; The position holder serves as a consultant to global and regional HR and business leaders on people-related issues in the designated geographies and is responsible for HR operations in the countries in compliance with country laws and regulations.&nbsp; - Business Partnering Provides advice and direction to the Leadership Team as part of the local management team member to improve work relationships, build morale, increase efficiency and retention. Provide consultation and mentor to managers where appropriate.&nbsp; - Builds and maintains positive relationships with company management. Works closely, partners and provides advice to regional or country senior leadership functions.&nbsp; - Leverage HR SMEs to provide total solutions by address separate issues in compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, etc. in a detailed way. Talent Acquisition &amp; Management Developing recruiting strategies and hiring plans for the region.&nbsp; - Lead employment branding initiatives in consideration of the efficiencies and effectiveness of hiring activities while encouraging positive candidate experience. Employee Communication &amp; Relation Ensure HR matters handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company's requirements Manage and resolve sophisticated employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, in partnership with in country HR and Legal team&nbsp;
