Client Details :

Our Client is a fast growing Tech Product Company in India with their clients in multiple countries across including the US, France and Australia

Description :

- You will work closely with the leadership team responsible to build and drive HR strategy across functions to foster organization growth.

- Leading the overall HR Agenda managing TA, HRBP, Talent Management, Learning, HR Ops etc.

- You will also develop and drive an organization culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.

Profile :

We are looking for a seasoned HR leader to be part of growth journey of the organisation :

- Min. 10 years experience in HR post MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a must

- Prior experience working with technology startups that have seen scale

- Experience working as a HR Business Partner, Leadership Development, etc. in a growing set up

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills

- Strong track record of success managing senior stakeholders in an multinational environment
