HR Business Partnering :
- Provides HR expertise and service to different Business Units in achieving their goals and objectives by becoming a trusted partner through active consultations, dialogue and through different sessions.
Talent Management Planning:
- Devising and Implementing Talent Management initiatives and programs which includes retention initiatives, coaching Line managers on different aspects of people management, resolving employee relations concerns, career development initiatives and succession planning etc.
Performance Management process:
- Formulation of performance management process and its implementation across the organisation with a strong focus on business units.
Engagement Function :
- Design and delivery of creative employee engagement initiatives for the organisation
Learning & Development:
- Setting up the in-house L&D program. Facilitating training programs, module development, Vendor management etc.
Strategic HR and Formulation of HR policies:
- Involved in Retention activities, Building the culture of the Organisation and assisting the Leadership team in formulation of HR policies.
