Director - Human Resources - Startup

This role will articulate and drive the HR strategy and programs.

- As leader of the HR function, this role will be responsible for leading an efficient team in the design and implementation of effective HR systems, policies and practices across the company. The role incumbent will report to the MD based in Singapore and serve as an integral part of the top management team.

Responsibilities :

- Be a strategic advisor to the top management team on all aspects of people management; work closely with the CEO to support the top leadership team play their dual roles as individual leaders, and as a collective group

- Define the company HR strategy in line with the product and plant expansion objectives; create short term & long term HR Roadmaps to achieve the strategy

- Design the HR organization structure and staff it with the requisite roles and capabilities to deliver on the HR strategy and programs; guide and coach the team to deliver high-quality solutions and services

- Integrate all HR systems, policies and practices across plants and sales locations to drive a consistent high-quality employee experience.

- Lead the HR team to design and implement high-quality systems and processes in the areas of Recruitment and On boarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Rewards and Culture, Diversity & Inclusion.

- Design and implement programs for the identification and development of high potential talent - to build a pipeline of future leaders for the company.

- He/She has to work from home (WFH) due to COVID scenario initially after that position will be based in Dubai office.
