Job Title : Director- HR

Job Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities :

The position heads the HR department within the organization. The purpose of this role is to support leadership in translating the organizational strategy into HR strategy and driving excellence in HR operations. The position works closely with other members of the senior management team on matters like people strategy and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate will be a Post Graduate/ Management Graduate with specialization in HR with minimum 10 years of experience in various areas of HR including Recruitment, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement Compensation & Rewards preferably from NGOs / for-profit organizations.
