We are looking for HR professional (Director HR ) with 20 to 25 years of exp for our client in Manufacturing Domain .   Candidate will be based out of Mysore  Purpose of the Job  - Support top management in preparing Organization for the growth envisaged  Strategic Roles  - Work with business managers and Management to detail people side of corporate strategy, business strategy and build needed talent management and talent acquisition plans  Operational Roles  - Review the as is status of HR practices, conceptualize go to status of the Organization, and, develop detailed, phased plans for various HR initiatives needed for making the transition   - Discuss HR road map, get overall buy-in; prepare and obtain approval for budgets  - Identify, evaluate, establish out-sourced service providers (as needed); negotiate technical and commercial terms of engagement; develop and roll out a fair evaluation of performance, and, accordingly, add or jettison service providers  - Oversee Business HR tasks (hiring, induction, PMS, T&D, exit processes etc)  - Conceptualize and develop consistent C&B strategy to support talent retention; develop talent for the current and future roles and in support of a succession plan   - Review and if needed modify the Policies and Procedures, Job Descriptions, Supervisory Structure etc to be able to tightly link the Corproate, Business and HR Strategies  - Provide guidance on IR matters.  Tactical Roles  - Develop programmes that help in employee engagement and ensure their buy-in for new HR initiatives or programmes  - Develop an image of HR as serving an enabling role  Profile of Candidate :  Any Graduate, preferably with an MBA in HR, aged 45-50, experienced in taking Organizations through a change - change from a traditional to professional management - and growth Introduction & implementation of HR initiatives identified for their business impact - within agreed time and cost budgets.  - HR Cost optimization. (Process improvement ; training of personnel; engagement process/methods etc)  - Building an image of HR as a business enabler  - Contemporary HR Practices - and, hands-on experience in OD, Change Management  - People Management; strategic HR - linking corporate, business strategy to HR strategy  - Knowledge, deployment and interpretation of diverse HR techniques  - Planning skills - conceptualizing and developing short-term and long-term HR plans to support business plans  - Creative in evolving new solutions for scaling up of HR operations. Risk taker. Quick learner  - Excellent Verbal and Written communications. Should be able to lead the team   Age between 45 to 50 years   Education - Any Graduate, preferably with an MBA, If MBA, specialization in HR  Experience - 22 to 25 years  - Candidate Must criteria - Should have worked in a medium sized Organization and should have seen it through a growth phase as also a movement from a traditional to a Professional management  - Should have worked closely with Management and business managers in driving HR projects aligned to achieve envisaged business and corporate strategies  CTC - Rs 40 to Rs 45 L
