Director, Human Resources - India and the Middle East  The HR Director will support the full spectrum of HR services including talent acquisition, designation, compensation and benefits administration, policy creation and implementation, employee and labor relations, performance management, leadership development, process improvement, regulatory compliance, legal risk mitigation, information reporting and project management.   This role will be based in Hyderabad and will be responsible for supporting associates in both platforms within India and the Middle East. This position will be responsible for partnering with HR and Regional Leadership to strategically direct Human Resources initiatives while also ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.   Key Accountabilities:  - Develop efficient, scalable HR policies, procedures and processes to support local and regional needs and enable global growth.  - Drive HR initiatives within the region: talent acquisition, on-boarding & training, performance management, compensation, succession planning, etc.  - Develop strategies and detailed project plans that support regional growth initiatives in conjunction with other HR Business Partners.  - Fully mentor and develop HR staff reporting to this role for future growth.  - Ensure that HR practices (Performance Ownership, Compensation, Total Associate Engagement, etc.) are understood and followed.  - Ensure employee relations are aligned with Total Associate Engagement objectives and action plans are in place to improve associate engagement.  - Utilize sound business judgment to make decisions with a full evaluation of labor contracts, regulatory requirements and potential business risk and take actions to minimize the potential for negative financial and associate relations impact.   - Build & maintain strong relationships with business leaders in key positions within supported organization.   - Demonstrate core values, continuous improvement, sharing of useful practice and learning at all levels of the organization.   Job Requirements:  Capabilities and Success Factors:  - BA/BS degree required; MS in HR or MBA preferred.  - Successful candidates will have at least 10 years of progressive experience as an HR professional in generalist areas including a manufacturing environment. Global experience is required. 5 or more years of supervisory/managerial experience is required.  - Experience and working knowledge of talent acquisition, regionally specific compensation and benefits administration, policy creation and implementation, employee and labor relations, performance management, leadership development, process improvement, regulatory compliance, legal risk mitigation, information reporting and project management required.   - Must have experience aligning HR programs/structures with business needs in a global matrixed organization.  - Must have the ability to work as a business partner with exceptionally strong communication, sound business judgment, negotiation, influencing, and presentation and leadership skills.   - Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where quality and speed of decision making are critical to maintaining a leadership position.   - Strong problem solving skills and business acumen are required.   - Project Management experience required.
