Responsibilities- :
- Head both Talent acquisition and retention through implementing hiring processes and performance framework to continue to build Company's employee around its core-values
- Hands on in recruitment of senior most positions and leading the recruitment team overall for hiring and onboarding.
- Ensure smooth processes of HR operations such as payroll, onboarding, orientation, appraisals etc through internal and external team
- Implement strategic employee initiatives including events to encourage team-building activities, skill development and training programs, etc.
- Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies
- Accountable for governance on ensuring legal compliance of policies and enforcement of policies.
Must have:
- MBA in Human Resource from a Tier 1 institution.
- Min. 8 Years of experience in HR function preferably doing long stints.
- Need to be a People's person, driven by core Employee welfare objective
- Worked in a rapid growth stage company/ Startup culture with skill sets to formalise/stabilise the HR department
- Highly experienced in managing Statutory compliance and overall Payroll monitoring including compliance to statutes
