- Lead the HR operations team and manage their goals, provide direction, coaching and mentorship
- Manage to maintain employee records like offer/ appointment letters, employee contracts, statutory forms, details for benefits administration, transfer, termination letters etc.
- Assist in developing analytics strategy and roadmap in support of future business goals and objectives
- Partner with Finance for statutory laws affecting Indian Payroll viz. PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Minimum Wages, Industrial Act, Shops & Establishment Act etc.
- As Lead HRBP it is required to build variety of relationships with multiple stakeholders -business leaders, people managers and the employees.
- Partner with India Leadership and Global Compensation team to provide subject matter expertise for Compensation and Benefits policy and Recognition & Reward Programs.
- Serve as an SME and advisor to business as needed in all aspects of compensation design planning and administration processes and counselling on customization of programs at a local level.
