AiDash aspires to be a leader in the space of building futuristic products, based on satellite images, that provide actionable insights to help customers save millions of dollars annually. Currently, we are a team of 200 high-calibre and passionate professionals across engineering, data science, product, analytics, GIS, customer success, sales and support functions spread across India, US and UK. As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a seasoned, HR leader with the passion to build performance driven global technology organisation. Being a HR leader, you should be able to help build world class team, and work along-side leadership team to drive a culture which is performance driven and fosters innovation across teams in the organisation. Role will be primarily responsible for organization in India and would be supporting business leaders in US and Europe, also on HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities include: Business Partnering - Act as HR business partner, for company leadership across technology and product, data, and customer success functions, to develop and lead an effective people strategy - Responsible for driving systemic and tactical organisational initiatives aligning with business needs and organisation priorities. People Operations - Own all people operations processes including performance review cycles, employee engagement, compensation reviews and planning, payroll and benefits administration, - Design and implement the requisite processes, and tools; Ensure processes, HR processes scale, at par with organisational scale. Recruitment / Talent Acquisition - Leading the talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company. - Driving employer branding initiatives to establish a go-to brand for tier-one technology, data science and data consulting talent. Learning & Development - Develop and execute all learning and development initiatives and help drive a high-performance, high-growth mindset that focuses on career development and growth. Desired Background & Experience: - 10 plus years of experience in HRBP / HR Consulting/ HR Generalist roles in a technology company, preferably a product company. - MBA from a Premier B school with a specialization in HR. - Proven track record in a fast-growth environment - building and scaling HR function. - Data-driven, with strong problem-solving ability. - Good with stakeholder management at all levels in the organization - Tech-savvy, willing to adopt best-in-class tools and practices in the HR function - Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
