Director HR
1. Strategic HR Leadership:

2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

3. Employee Relations:
- Handle complex employee relations issues, including disputes, conflicts, and grievances. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits packages.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Stay updated on compensation trends and benchmarks.
5. Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems. Work with managers to establish performance goals and provide feedback. Implement strategies to improve overall employee performance and productivity.
6. Training and Development:

7. Compliance and Legal Matters:

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related technology.

- Lead and manage the HR department and its staff. Provide mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities to HR team members. Foster a collaborative and results-driven HR team.

11. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the HR department budget. Ensure cost-effective HR operations and initiatives.
