Our Client is a consulting company in HR Advisory Practice, in Organization Transformation and Talent Practice, Talent and Leadership, Performance and Reward, Organizational Design and Development and Merger and Acquisition (HR due-diligence and Post Merger Integration) and HR Transformation and change Management.
Candidate profile:
- Around 12- 15 years of experience (batch of 1998-2003)
- Graduate +MBA
- Strong HR consulting experience in either of the two areas of OT&T:
- Talent: succession planning, career pathing, leadership coaching, management of the entire life cycle of an employee.
- Organizational Transformation: organization design, strategy and consulting pertaining to structure, roles, aligning HR to business goals, etc.
- Strong Business development and delivery capability
- Able to hunt new business as also farm existing accounts
- Good communication and people management skills
- Strong project management capabilities
