Director HR - Top most player in one of the Services industry


Looking for a versatile, tenured and preferably a diversity profile, having experience of handling large scale headcount in strategic business partnering and matrix reporting structure role based out of Gurgaon.


Key deliverables :

- As an HR Director - India, the incumbent will have a strategic HR leadership role leading a team of People Partners across India. This will include overseeing the activities of the People Team in India ensuring all HR initiatives and programs are implemented effectively with the collaboration of COEs.

- Drive performance and reward strategies and solutions that improve and sustain business success.

- Creating an environment that drives consistency, high performance and, ongoing development, driving HR initiatives to that end.

- Retention strategies and retention of key talent.

- Set HR objectives aligned with APAC Business strategy.

- Developing HR capability, Ensure each HRBP is positioned to serve the business in a hands-on, commercially driven manner.

- Serve as a coach and consultant, manage employee relations and employee engagement.

- Drive and advocate organization values.

- All the above delivered through excellent stakeholder management with businesses and consistency with the APAC initiatives.

Key Attributes :

- Excellent people relations and stakeholder management skills at Global or APAC level is a must.

- Ability to work in a dynamic changing environment.

- Dealing with complexity and large sized global organization with Matrix structure and reporting.

- Ability to collaborate and drive values and create consistent culture, aligned with organization values.

- Able to work in technology driven processes, in an evolving environment.

- Serve as a coach and consultant for all people related issues, and provide leadership support to the top line business team.

- Should have worked in diversified industries to have strong understanding of versatile workforce dynamics.

- Preferred a diversity profile.
