Director - HR
1. Will be responsible for management of all functions in HR for the organization covering Business partnering and Operations.
2. Must have proven experience in designing, driving and implementing organization-wide Talent management process including Talent acquisition, Talent development and Workforce deployment strategy.
3. Must be well exposed to Compensation and Benefits process and programs
4. Demonstrated ability in identifying recruiting needs; developing and executing best practices for hiring and talent management.
5. Must be very well versed in the performance management process and must have significant experience working with the leadership to understand organizations goals and facilitate alignment across functions and businesses.
6. Will be accountable for driving Leadership Development Programs (LDP) and ensure the Succession planning for critical positions are in place.
7. Must be capable of designing, developing and driving Subject Matter Experts (SME) Development.
8. Will be responsible for developing and driving talent retention strategies for the organisation.
9. Must be capable of overseeing all HR initiatives and systems including HR Operations.
10. Must be capable of planning and implementing policies, processes to support the HR compliance and strategy needs.
11. Must have knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
