Job Title: HR Director Job Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 15 - 20 years Key Responsibilities : - Responsible for the complete HR functioning - Talent Acquisition, Statutory compliance and policy administration, Performance management, Learning & Development, Employee engagement, and HR Effectiveness. - Work with the Country Head and BU heads in the capacity of Business Partner and contribute to the business growth. - Hire, mentor, and guide a team of experienced professionals for various HR roles - HR Ops, HRBP, TA, HR Strategy, etc. - Review and upgrade HR policies on a regular basis to align HR with the business goals.
