Director - Human Resource - Retail

Required for a multi billion dollar Retail group a HR Head for one of their concepts to be based at Dubai.

- The ideal person is someone who is in the age bracket of 38-42 yrs, MBA (Premium Institute only) with over 15 yrs experience, preferably in Large Retail Formats / Large FMCG companies/Practice Head in Management Consulting and must have worked in a Multi Cultural nationality environment in a leadership role managing a region.

- The individual would have around 8-10 direct reportees and would report to the CEO of the Concept.

- The person should have excellent stakeholder management skills with very good experience in HR Business partnering.

- The incumbent would be responsible for managing end to end HR responsibility for the concept managing over all the retail outlets across Middle East & North Africa with an employee base around 12000-15000.

- The role would be based at Dubai but would need the person to travel in the MENA region.
