We are hiring for Director-HR role with an online based health care company based at Noida

Skills :

- Product/Start up experience: Should have strong understanding of product set up.

- Business leader: Should be HR subject matter expert, Can offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people related strategy and execution.

- Change management. Design and deliver strategic organization development and design initiatives to increase efficiency, streamline process, and address potential challenges that come with a dynamic organization.

- Out of the box thinking: The person should demonstrate innovative ideas to improve work culture and healthy work environment.

- Self-Driven & Motivated. Does not necessarily require team to get things done. Able and enthusiastic to do the task him/herself.

- Relationship focused : The ability to quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with managers/stakeholders, sr. leadership team.

- Active mentor. Coach for senior management on people and business practices. Coach senior leaders and managers on people management and HR challenges.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 14 - 16 years of experience in core HR generalist profile and progressive responsibility in HR business partnering for top product companies or dynamic start - up organizations.

- Should be a subject matter expert of all HR Generalist/operation functions.

- Passionate and driven by ownership across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture & leadership.

- Should be able to build effective and scalable policies, processes and execute. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are practiced for the business and are legally compliant.

- Proven ability to influence and interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Effective contribution towards strategic initiatives and efficient in performing tactical & operational work.

- Good problem solving and analytical skills.

- Good verbal & written communication skills.
