Position - Director HR - South

For a leading MNC media conglomerate which wants to set up operations in the South

Job Profile :

This position is based out of Bangalore to set up the HR division in the South.

Job Description :

- Build and set up the HR policies, processes and people for the southern region

Undertake setup of the following :

- Compensation Structure and Employee Benefits

- Payroll and ESOPs

- Recruitment and On-boarding

- Performance and Appraisal System

- Liaison across the various business divisions to ensure effective HR operations

- Setup an effective Talent Acquisition department and build employer branding to attract best talent

- Be able to build and establish a Best in Class place- to-work culture within the organization

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- Up to twelve years of generalist HR experience with expertise in employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, recruiting, training and development, and employee communications, HRIS systems and processes

- Capability of thriving in a work environment characterized by growth, speed, commitment and high performance

- Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to speak/understand Kannada would be preferable

Education :

- A postgraduate degree in HR from premier B schools only (IIM, XLRI, TISS, SIBM, SCMHRD, MDI, IMT, ISB)
