- Strong strategic (& hands-on) HR professional with experience in manufacturing organizations.
- Extensive experience in Talent Management, , preferably with companies that are talent exporters
- Lead HR with minimal supervision
- Extensive experience in partnering with the business leaders to lead the people strategy for the region.
- Should have independently led HR for a manufacturing company with sales revenue of at least Rs. 800 Cr to Rs. 1000 Cr.
- Experience in managing Industrial Relations is also key to the role.
