Job Description :

This position is responsible for providing overall HR leadership in the organizational development function. The organization development function will comprise of associate engagement and retention, career development and succession planning, business-driven interventions, planning and budgeting and other initiatives that add value to the growth of the associates and the Company.

The position must lead and provide dynamic leadership to a smart team of HR business partners. She should work closely with Group Head of HR at our Center of Excellence and management team in driving global and local HR initiatives.

Skills and Leadership requirements:

- Responsible for senior level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization

- Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur

- Identify functional linkages across the organization for interdepartmental collaboration. Facilitates cross-team communication to resolve impediments

- Set the performance goals to the team members, provides feedback to managers on the career path and guides them in continuous development and learning.

- Work with business leaders on matters regarding strategic focus, growth and development of the organization.

- Identify processes and procedures that can positively enhance organizational effectiveness and cost savings

- Provide coaching and guidance to all levels of the organization to enhance organizational effectiveness and development.

- Serve as a trusted Human Resources business advisor.

- Shape Human Resources programs and initiatives based on feedback and relationships with respective teams.

- Recognize the value and responsibility of working in a team, actively supports and develops team members, quick to identify and problem solve any issues

- Able to work to deadlines and adapt to changing conditions ability to generate effective and pragmatic solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented

Qualification and Experience :

- Graduate/Post graduate with a specialization in Human Resources

- 15 + years of experience in HR field
