As such, this will form 1 of our key criteria when looking at CV's.   Reporting to the Senior International HR Director(based out of US), this role will be responsible for a team of circa ten providing expertise and drive for key projects and initiatives, responsibilities will include :  - Working with the business segments leaders to develop and deliver a people strategy and plan that closely aligns with Organisation Design, Talent Management, Performance management.  - Coordinate HR strategy between business units.  Break down APAC Strategy to the rest of the team with simple and clear instructions while collaboratively working with others.  - Build excellent close working relationships with the leaders and internal customers of the APAC business.  - The successful individual will be a commercial and relationship-driven senior HR leader, with experience of working within a HR Business Partner model within a global matrixed organization  - To be considered for this role you MUST be of postgraduate with relevant HR qualifications.   You will need to be able to demonstrate :  - Extensive experience of OD, Talent Management, Headcount, Performance Management, Transformation.  - Experience working within an US matrix environment, with a strong background in the technology sector.  - Results oriented with the ability to meet challenging & often competing targets within tight deadlines.  - Genuine passion and interest in HR working with a team and must have good self-awareness.  - Evidence and track record of proving ability to influence senior stakeholders and project delivery.  Communicate fluently and concisely across a range of different cultures down to earth, adaptable and resilient - able to work with exceptional thought leaders.
