Director - Human Resource - International BPO

Designation: Director HR

Location: Indore (interviews will be held over telephone).

CTC: up to 20 l.p.a.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Educational Qualifications - MBA/PGDBM (Specialization in HR) /MPM

- Knowledge of Labor laws is desirable

- 10-12 years of experience in handling the HR Operations preferably in BPO (Employee strength: 1500+) should have experience of managing Employee Relations preferably in BPO.

- Experience of bulk Hiring. (Min 500 candidates/Month)

- At least 2 years working as Sr. Manager-HR in the last assignment

- High degree of Process and People orientation

- Good knowledge of MS - Office- (Excel, Power point, Word) & HRIS

- Strong Analytical skills

- Excellent inter personal skills

- Comfortable to work 6 days a week.
