Roles and Responsibilities :
- Be a thought partner to the founders and functional leaders as we evolve our people processes to scale twice our current size
- Be a change agent
- Continue to build a customer centric, service-oriented team culture
- Handle all operational aspects with excellent execution
- Reinvent and operationalize our talent attraction process as we build for our future
- Own the compliance, compensation, benefits, rewards and wellness processes globally
- Sustain high levels of employee engagement, development and retention
What are we looking for :
- 10+ Years of management or HR or related experience in a global organization (preferably in the enterprise or consumer software space)
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop, drive, and contribute to overall strategic and business plans in a rapidly developing, changing, and creative environment
- Proven ability to proactively translate changing business objectives to effective HR strategies
- Relevant experience driving complex organizational design and talent/change strategies that effectively align the organization and talent to deliver on new business and creative objectives
- Team player that quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders, partners, and employees
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with HR Business Partner (generalist), Talent Acquisition/Planning, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Change Management, and Diversity & Inclusion functions
- Knowledge of employment and labor law nice to have
