Recruitment :

- Manage recruitment, sourcing and selection activities with a keen eye on diversity. We at the company believe that diversity is crucial to ensuring our success. A diverse team leads to diverse ideas, reduces group-think and fosters innovation.

- Drive a highly effective and efficient assessment process that yields the best talent

- Oversee the candidate pipeline, manage offers of employment, contract agreements to resource the right talent

Organization Development :

- Develop organization strategies by identifying human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization's strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives

- Identify areas of inefficiencies, practices that are ad-hoc in nature and

issues that impact the organization's ability to deliver client work well, and transform ourselves into a smooth-running organization

Learning and Development :

- Understand the professional development goals for every individual and create a detailed learning and development plan keeping in mind current and future requirements

- Ensure managers and supervisors know how to create an environment that supports learning events and that they are trained to follow through on learning objectives and carry out additional training as needed

- Measure behaviour change after training programs to check impact and effectiveness on the business, or return on investment (ROI)

- Establish a continuous learning environment by providing employees with challenging work and allow them the opportunity to learn on the job and simultaneously grow their skill sets.

Performance Management :

- Lead the Performance Management cycle, ensure the organization has SMART goals for all levels while also ensuring clear metrics are in place

- Train Managers to utilize performance evaluation tools and address performance deficiencies in staff

- Ensure supervisors and managers spend appropriate amounts of effort and time coaching their teams for performance

- Establish a rewards system for high performers to include incentives or promotional pathways

- Launch a mentoring program to enable senior staff to mentor junior staff on their skill development as well as on their personal goals. Oversee the program effectiveness on a regular basis and make necessary changes with time if needed

Leadership Development:

- Create a Leadership development pipeline to help develop employees for supervisory and managerial responsibilities in the near future

- Help equip them with the right skill sets to succeed in these new roles. Ensure that we are constantly grooming the next set of leaders to manage and grow the company

Compensation, Benefits, and Total Rewards :

- Establish a rationale for salary structures across teams and across the company

- Build policies and structures around salaries, compensation and rewards to reduce the ad-hoc nature of compensation while ensuring transparency

Employee Engagement :

- Conceptualize & drive Employee Engagement initiatives across all levels

- Work closely with all functions to address employee issues proactively

Requirements :

- We- re looking for someone who is passionate about building and manging efficient teams and cultures.

- An individual with over 15 years of relevant work experience as an HR Director or a Head of HR (generalist) with deep skill sets across all areas of organizational dynamics and strategic human resource management domains.

- We are looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, tinkering and always learning. Someone, who despite their extensive experience truly believes that they still have a lot to learn and that each environment is unique and requires analyzing through a different lens altogether

- You should be passionate about identifying biases - cognitive and behavioral - and ensuring that the processes and structures we build are truly free of them.

- You should enjoy reading about case studies of evolving best practices in disruptive companies across the world and have a point of view on whether we can borrow from those learnings.

- You must demonstrate exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - as well as an ability to analyze conversations in order to read between the lines.

- A passion for understanding people, their motivations, their concerns, their aspirations etc. will be critical

- Finally, you would need to be excited about what we're building here at Company, believe in our vision and adopt our values
