Director - Human Resource - Consulting

Looking for a Director HR for an Consulting client to be based out of Bangalore:

Primary Responsibilities:

- Excellent functional knowledge of Biz HR practices. Good people management skills coupled with strong ability to manage and influence customers. High orientation on Compliance and Integrity. Should be well networked in the Industry.

- Communicate and reinforce the Employer Value Proposition through various HR initiatives to be driven across all entities Pan India.

- Design and implement all HR programs such as Orientation, Rewards & Recognition Schemes etc. for all employees.

- Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization-Pan India

- Address all concerns around performance, compensation and benefits and ensure that all employees are aware of the benchmark in the industry

- Conduct engagement surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinions

- Manage relationship with Line of business and should have ability to manage interactions.
