Looking for Director HR for a leading MNC captive based out of Mumbai.

The incumbent will be heading HR for technology vertical, hands on experience in technology is mandatory. experience required is 12+ years

Business Descriptor:

Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

Principal Responsibilities

- Plays an important role in the development and implementation of overall resourcing policies, common HR practices, and talent management strategies in RBWM in the SI region

- Assists in the pay review exercise, and structuring compensation/reward packages

- Plays a supporting role in projects/activities regarding performance and talent management, resourcing, staff engagement, and employee development

- Assists the team in providing proactive HR support to the RBWM in SI

- Maintains good working relationship with RBWM SI

- Provides accurate information on staff enquires and staff issues based on HR policy

- Conducts exit interviews for junior staff

- Responsible for maintaining database to capture management information useful for functional groups in strategic planning

- Works closely with Senior HR Manager to support initiatives across RBWM SI

- Has an understanding of the consequences of legal compliance and governance issues; Anticipates, identifies, and manages the operational and people risks to business performance, HR reputation

- Ensures adherence to established policies and procedures, and compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory requirements

- Makes suggestions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

- It is mandatory to have significant amount of relevant experience

- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and legal and regulatory frameworks in financial services
