- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of HR technology projects, from scoping and planning to execution and closure, ensuring adherence to quality standards, methodologies, and best practices

- Provide thought leadership and guidance on HR technology trends, innovations, and opportunities, especially in the areas of Gen AI, data analytics, automation, and digital transformation

- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and users across client organizations to understand their needs, expectations, and challenges, and to align HR technology solutions with their strategic objectives and priorities

- Help in setting up and driving the digital upskilling agenda for the firm and fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and collaboration

- Closely work with HR and function stakeholders to identify and implement technology driven improvement opportunities.

- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate and resolve them as appropriate

- Monitor and report on the progress, performance, and benefits of HR technology projects, and ensure timely and quality delivery of deliverables and outcomes.

- Priortize, plan and follow through as per the agreed governance model

- Help create required documentations / user guides for the projects implemented

- Understands underlying issues and develops and evaluates solutions

- Design and Conduct regular end user trainings (refreshers and new module familiarizations) in an effective and efficient manner.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR technology capabilities, offerings, and assets
