Director HR-(HR Strategy,OD,Succession Planning)
Our client, a start-up, is an analytical company. They provide high quality consulting services across Fortune 500 companies in Retail, Financial Services, Hospitality and Technology sectors.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
At least 10-15+ years of extensive HR experience including strong HR functional expertise and track record of leading and implementing large scale change projects
- Strategy& Analytical Skills: Able to translate business strategies/priorities/goals into people strategies/priorities/goals.
- Utilizes critical thinking and analytical skills regularly to identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations to address the root cause.
- Strong analytical, quantitative abilities; ability to leverage data to create HR strategies that support and drive business results
- Strong communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action.
- A collaborative management style and a strong customer service orientation
- Comfortable as a hands-on manager and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
- Honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced global organization and partner on issues across HR and the business.
- Must be able to work collaboratively using excellent consulting, influencing and negotiation skills and to develop strong, positive working relationships.
- Knowledgeable on local country labour laws, compensation, employment law matters, employment legislation, and compliance
- Proven experience working with globally dispersed teams
Educational & Experience requirements:
- MBA from a premier institute with 10 - 15 years of experience in managing entire gamut of HR
- Preference will be given to the candidates based out of Bangalore and having work experience in any start-up.
