Director - HR Shared Service Center
You an opportunity to contribute towards the ongoing evolution of the HR operating model, improving effectiveness and growing value of HR services.
- A role to participate and drive the ongoing transformation of HRSC service delivery model, moving from Standard Operating Processes to quantifiable Service Level Agreement approach.
- A strategic opportunity to outline process deployment activities and migrations from the sending organization/location to HRSC - including transition management, knowledge transfer, process re-engineering
- The chance to participate in tooling and re-tooling of various HR systems (PeopleSoft 9.2, Self-Service tools, Robotics, Content Management & CRM)
- A dynamic role to promote and develop the use of self-service tools across all locations and business groups supported.
- Responsibility for handling financials against allocated budgets and delivering financial efficiency.
- A meaningful role to develop plans for utilizing resources actively and flexibly to meet fluctuating demand and harmonizing HR processes where ever possible.
- Responsibility to maintain appropriate risk & control framework for the HRSC.
- Responsibility for team development by making continuous investments in top talent and hiring of experts.
- The opportunity to represent HRSC at senior leadership forums and work with other leaders within HR functions.
You Offer :
- 12+ years of dynamic experience leading large Shared Service Centers.
- Expertise in operational management including service management frameworks, SLAs and ability to lead operational efficiency programs.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize matters effectively.
- Successful track record of implementing change and process design/re-design.
