Understands end to end HR life cycle (Hire to Retire)
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Gen AI in HR projects, such as chatbots, natural language processing, machine learning, or computer vision, and their applications and implications for HR functions and processes
- Proficient in various HR technology platforms, tools, and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft, and their integration and customization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and users
- Strong leadership, management, and coaching skills, and ability to lead and motivate teams and individuals
- Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Education - Should be a graduate in any stream
- MBA in HR / Systems management with experience in HR information system will be preferred.
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as HR, IT, business, or management
