JOB PURPOSE
To optimize the HR operational delivery and overall compliance within The Group and provide functional and strategic leadership to the HR community. Promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs; directing staff.

Minimum Education:
Relevant HR Post graduate qualification
Minimum Experience:
Proven track record of success leading diverse teams
Sound technical HR knowledge in an International context
KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develops organisation strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organisation strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organisational objectives.
- Development and Execution of HR Operational Strategy and Work plan
- Ensure Group HR strategy is interpreted, defined and implemented in territory
- Draft policies, procedures and standards
- Advise and guide HR structural design across region
- Build and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders by initiating and maintaining regular interactions
- Provide service delivery that is client-need driven, relevant, on-time and of a high standard
- Ensure compliance with the relevant territory legislation
- Effective management of strategic all human capital functions
- Facilitate Implementation of standardised HR solutions across territories
- Identify opportunities for HR intervention
- Support organisational change achievement
- Through effective inspirational leadership, facilitate the creation of accountable, full service teams who understand and strive to meet the needs of all clients
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Understanding of commercial principles and operational requirements
- Understanding of operational demands, business pressures and time constraints
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage / deflect conflict
- Must be able to exercise sound judgment and initiate action where relevant
- Ability to plan, organize and deliver within very tight time constraints and deadlines
- Must be a problem solver
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
