More specifically, you should
5. Lead and contribute to the HR consulting related GCC segment revenue growth in by generating leads for new business opportunities within Financial Service entities in the southern region
6. Interact with existing client accounts within the GCC space to mine for additional engagements/extensions
7. Be responsible for generating profitable revenue, through lead identification (usingexternal and internal networks); delivery of existing work and by winning add-ons to existing engagements
8. Demonstrate technical competence in our capabilities listed above, and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges
9. Lead activities including proposal making, presentations, commercial negotiation, business economics management
10. Lead project work streams from planning through to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectively
11. Be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions
12. Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment
13. Identify and effectively manage and mitigate any risks and issues
