My Customer is an IT Services firm (IT Staffing, Technology Consulting, App Development ect.. the works...) are looking to hire a Sr. Manager/Director HR & COMPLIANCE (USA STAFFING) to be located at HYDERABAD which is their offshore delivery center. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - - Responsible for Payroll, Benefits administration, immigration. - Team management. - Maintain and manage HRIS platform, ensure efficient processes, data integrity and regulatory compliance - Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience &amp; orientation - Ensure compliance with labor regulations, administer group benefit plans, including reconciling benefit statements - Handle end to end immigration work permit processes including H1B, L1, GC, EADs etc. - Manage Affordable Care Act compliance and reporting - Customer &amp; vendor contracts negotiation - Process and submit monthly payroll (currently using ADP Workforce Now) - Manage Workers Compensation and 401(k) compliance - Respond to EDD claims, unemployment insurance claims, and complete employment verifications - Other HR initiatives as assigned or required as per business needs. Skills: - US HR &amp; immigration expertise. - Excellent Leadership skills - Understanding of state and federal employment regulations - Understanding of personnel and compliance records management - Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities - Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
