The role will largely focus of Organization design, talent management, capability development, performance management, succession planning, change management etc. - Establishing structure, building employee value, driving vision and achieving strategic goals. - Development of innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes and capitalize on business growth opportunities. - Consulting with the Supply Chain Leaders on broader business issues such as workforce planning, organization design and developing a culture for the company will also be key mandates.
